Our Client is a leading company in the Financial Services Sector who are in the throws of major expansion. they require an additional person to work as part of their Front Office Team. Duties will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, sorting out queries, making appointments for the Financial Advisors and carrying out a number of administrative tasks.
The ideal applicant will be well educated, fluent in Maltese and English, computer literate and have excellent customer care skills. 2 years experience in a similar position and/ or a secretarial Diploma would be advantageous
Working hours are 40 per week on a roster to cover from 8.30 to 6.30 Monday to Friday and from 8.30 to 13.00 on Saturday
