Call Centre Agents
Required to work in one of Malta's main Call Centres
Duties will include taking incoming calls from prospective and existing clients enquiring about a new product or service, giving out the relevant information in a clear and precise manner and providing the client with an excellent customer service experience.
Applicants will be required to work a 40 hour week on a shift basis to cover the hours from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. Fluent English & Maltese are absolutely essential as are excellent customer care skills.
These positions are being offered on a temporary contract to start with but could eventually turn into a more permanent post
