Our client, a large Financial Services Provider with offices worldwide, requires an additional Admin Assistant for their Assurance Department.
Duties will include;
- Answering, screening and passing on incoming calls
- Opening files, filing and updating clients details
- Acting as the point of contact for colleagues who are out of the office
- Word Processing of Financial Statement involving a lot of text manipulation
Applicants for this position must be in possession of 6 O’ Level passes and an Advanced Level ECDL. An eye for detail along with fluent English and good communication skills are also important.
