Part time Admin Assistant


Our client a leading IT solutions provider requires an addition al person on a part time basis (20 hours per week) to join their administration team.  Duties will include

·        Filing, scanning, photocopies, binding

·        Handling RMAs - Returns to supplier

·        Handling orders (small orders)

·        keeping records of  items being given on loan

·        Ordering of  stationery including distributing to staff and maintaining  good stationery levels

·        Complete short reports in Excel as required

·        Updating  contracts on the system

Interested applicant are required:

·        be mature, trustworthy, and polite;

·        have an O Level standard of education;

·        be fluent in both Maltese and English (oral and written);

·        be computer literate and capable of using Microsoft Office applications – knowledge of basic Sage Evolution will be an asset;

·        be organized and efficient, with attention to detail;

·        possess a positive can-do attitude, enthusiasm and an ability to work on own initiative;

·        be willing to work in a team and eager to learn
