Admin Assistant


An Admin Assistant is required by a leading corporate Law Firm.  Working as part of a team, the selected applicant will be responsible for clients portfolio’s ensuring that all the information relating to their companies is up to date, that the list of  share holders / directors are in order and that all due diligent documentation is in place so as to satisfy MFSA rules.

This position calls for a well educated person, who is happy communicating in English all day long in  a professional environment.   Experience within an administrative role would be advantageous, however training would be given to the selected applicant who in turn must be organised, systematic and have an eye for detail.
