Part time Office Administrator
Our client requires an experienced person to work approx. 24 hours per week.
Based in their offices in Sliema, the position will involve looking after the rentals of a high end office block in Sliema, ensuring high occupancy by constantly liaising with rental agents, advertising the office suites, etc., preparing contracts and lease agreements, dealing with the tenants and sorting out whatever problems occur. Other tasks will include making appointments, doing some basic accounts ( training will be provided) filing, updating records etc., As the Director is also an Honorary Consul there will be some work relating to issuing visas, sorting out temporary passports, etc.,
Applicants for this role must be responsible, able to work on their own initiative, be computer literate, fluent in English Maltese and preferably Italian and not mind working on their own
