Temporary HR Admin Asst.


An HR Admin Assistant is required to work for a large international production company based in the south of Malta.  Duties will include:

  • Liaising with jobs plus re engagement and terminations
  • Doing any adjustment to the HR or payroll records
  • Inviting applicants for interview and setting up meetings
  • Ensuring all documents are received and that the vetting process is completed for all new recruits
  • Assisting the HR team with any admin that is required

The ideal person for this position would be used to working in a fast paced environment,  be team spirited and have a admin / HR background

This position is being offered on a six monthly renewable contract
