Admin Assistant

Required by an  importer / retailer of white goods based in B’Kara

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Phoning Clients to coordinate delivery of goods ordered
  • Coordinating with the Technicians and the clients to install or repair goods
  • Update the computer system with stock movements
  • filing, etc

The ideal person must be looking for full time employment, they must be systematics, fluent in Maltese, possess good grades at O’ level and be computer literate,  training will be provided
