Admin Assistant

Our client is a well known importer and distributor based at Mriehel.  They require a person to join their administration team


Duties will include:

  • interacting with the sales people
  • processing their orders
  • taking and processing the  cash / cheques received
  • Reconciling the takings from various outlets
  • preparing the bank deposits
  • allocating payments to clients accounts
  • general office administration


If you have previous office experience, are numerate, have an eye for details, are computer literate and systematic then you are perfect for this position and should apply
