Admin Assistant

An experienced person is needed to work for the Directors of a well known company based in Valletta.

Duties will include:

  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Keeping the Directors diaries, making appointments, booking flights and accommodation
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Assisting with general accounting tasks, such as checking inputting and reconciling
  • Dealing with clients, suppliers and overseas principals
  • Ensuring the administration is up to date

The ideal applicant for this position will:

  • Be well spoken in English and Maltese
  • Be organised and systematic
  • Have a basic knowledge of accounts
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Have at least 5 O’ level passes and preferably some A’ levels
