An experienced person is needed to work for the Directors of a well known company based in Valletta.
Duties will include:
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Keeping the Directors diaries, making appointments, booking flights and accommodation
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Assisting with general accounting tasks, such as checking inputting and reconciling
- Dealing with clients, suppliers and overseas principals
- Ensuring the administration is up to date
The ideal applicant for this position will:
- Be well spoken in English and Maltese
- Be organised and systematic
- Have a basic knowledge of accounts
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
- Have at least 5 O’ level passes and preferably some A’ levels
