Admin Assistant

Needed by a Corporate Services provider based in Zurrieq

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Filing and updating records
  • Looking after petty cash
  • Chasing clients for various documents
  • Assisting with some basic accounting tasks

The ideal applicant will be fluent in English and Maltese will be educated to O’level standard having passes in English Maltese Maths as a minimum.  Previous office experience would be an advantage but is not essential as long as applicants have a good knowledge of computer applications and a basic knowledge of Account
