Customer Care Agents are required to work on a 2 days in, 2 days out 12 hour shift basis or an 8 hour shift on a roster basis to cover the hours from 7.00 to 19.00hrs Monday to Sunday. ( 40 hours per week)
Duties will include answering incoming calls, dealing with queries, giving out information and basically providing the best customer experience to anyone calling the customer care line.
Fluent English and Maltese is a must, along with computer literacy
