Front Office Administrator

Required by a busy professional firm based in Ta’Xbiex.

Working alongside another person the selected applicant will be responsible for:

  • Answering and screening incoming calls as well as taking messages and passing these onto the correct person
  • Answering the door bell and greeting visitors
  • Organising meeting rooms and refreshments when needed
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Doing a variety of administrative tasks using Excel
  • Ordering of stationery items and sundries for the office and ensuring that the stock is maintained
  • Assisting with photocopying and binding of documents

The ideal person for this position will:

  • Be well presented and well spoken in English Maltese and Italian
  • Be able to cope in a busy environment
  • Be organised
  • Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Be able to work Full Time
