Required by a company employing 400 people within the medical field
Forming part of the Senior Management Team and reporting to the CEO the selected person will be responsible
- for strategic management
- policy implementation
- employee retention.
Assisted by a team consisting of an HR Assistant, a payroll office and another person responsible for contracts, visas, etc. which will be under their direct control
This call for a dynamic person with several years HR management experience. Other qualities needed:

- Critical thinker
