Required to assist the Office Administrator of a small management consultancy practice based in Ta’Xbiex
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming call, taking messages, etc.
- Greeting visitors
- Updating records, filing
- Assisting with compliance administration
- Preparation of payroll ( Training will be provided)
- Generally helping out with basic accounting tasks
The ideal person will:
- Be well presented and fluent in English and Maltese, Italian would also be an asset
- Be computer literate, able use Microsoft Office applications and some accounting software
- Be available long term and possibly work longer hours in the future
- Be organised and systematic
