Part time Office Administrator

Required to assist the Office Administrator of a small management consultancy practice based in Ta’Xbiex

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming call, taking messages, etc.
  • Greeting visitors
  • Updating records, filing
  • Assisting with compliance administration
  • Preparation of payroll ( Training will be provided)
  • Generally helping out with basic accounting tasks

The ideal person will:

  • Be well presented and fluent in English and Maltese, Italian would also be an asset
  • Be computer literate, able use Microsoft Office applications and some accounting software
  • Be available long term and possibly work longer hours in the future
  • Be organised and systematic
