Required to provide the best guest experience in a 3 star hotel in Sliema
Duties will include:
- Greet hotel guest and answer any questions or concerns
- Provide outstanding guest experience
- Maintain an orderly front desk
- Assist in Lounge / Breakfast Bar
- Maintain guest records and book reservations
- Complete basic cashiering and bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
- Fluent English, any other language will be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compute literacy, able to use Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Proactive, organised and able to cope under pressure
- Flexible to work on a split shift basis including weekends & Public Holidays
