Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Required to work for  an Insurance Broker based in Ta’Xbiex.

Based in the Front Office, the duties will include:

  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Greeting visitors to the premises and directing them to the correct department / individual
  • Looking after incoming and outgoing mail
  • Making appointments for the directors as well as organising meetings
  • Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks for the directors including compiling reports, etc

The ideal person for this position, will be:

  • Prepared to portray a professional image at all times
  • Fluent in English and have a good understanding of Maltese
  • Computer literate
  • Able to attend to clients needs and provide excellent customer care
