Temporary Clerk

Needed for an immediate start for a period of at least 3 months

Working within a government authority, this is a fairly junior role in which the duties will include:

  • Filing
  • Updating records
  • Inputting data to the system
  • Recording¬† both incoming and outgoing mail
  • Sending out acknowledgment emails and correspondence
  • Scanning
  • Carrying out general office duties as required

Applicants for this position must be fluent in Maltese and have at least 5 O’levels + ECDL qualifications

Working hours are 7.30 or 8 to 4.30 or 5 so a 40 hour week
