Call Centre Agents

Our client a leading plc that has a 24/7 call centre require a number of Full time Call centre Agents

The main focus of the roles is to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, assisting callers and attending to their individual needs and expectations.

After an extensive training program the duties will include:

  • Providing an excellent standard of service through telephone, online and e-mail and ensuring that all problems are resolved speedily and to the clients satisfaction
  • Carrying out effective troubleshooting, following up on calls and logging calls in the relevant systems
  • Be responsive and flexible to business and the teams needs, maintaining a professional approach at all times
  • Regularly meet targets set by management
  • Report and provide continuous feedback to superiors on the progress
  • Perform other general clerical duties

Applicants for these roles must be fluent in English and Maltese ( additional languages will be an asset), have good communication and interpersonal skills, be team players with a positive attitude and be good at solving problems.  Computer literacy and experience in a customer care related environment is also important.  Ideally but not essentially applicants would be educated to an O' level standard of education and be in possession of the ECDL Certificate and be highly computer literate

These position will be offered on a one year renewable contract
