Admin Assistant

Required by a leading IT solutions provider.  This is a varied Full time position in which the selected applicant will be involved in all aspect of office administration as well as helping the commercial team with the preparation and follow up of quotes.  Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with inquires
  • Processing invoices from suppliers
  • Preparing correspondence, emails and reports
  • Processing orders
  • Taking care of petty cash and various expenses
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

The ideal applicant for this position will be educated to O ‘ level standard, able to read, write and speak English and Maltese, be computer literate ( Word, Excel and preferably Sage) , be a team player who enjoys working in a young, forward thinking environment
