Sales Admin / Customer Care

Our client a well known company based in the South of Malta is looking  for an energetic individual with a good customer orientation to work with a dynamic team of people in a commercial outlet.

The selected person will be mainly responsible for the following activities:

  • Selling company products across the counter.
  • Helping customers purchase the products in line with their needs.
  • Collection of cash, issuing of invoices and maintaining cash flow balance.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Assist in the stores when required.

Candidates applying for this post should hold a minimum of an O’Level standard of education coupled with two years’ experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be multitasking and able to work independently under pressure and can solve problems efficiently. Good communication skills, fluency in Maltese and English and being computer literate are required.

This position is being offered on a one year contract
