Accounts Clerk - Temporary

Our client is a leading company based in Marsa, they require a person to start immediately until the end of March to cover maternity leave.  Duties will include:

Posting overheads and recharging

Posting bank transactions and bank reconciliations

Reconciling supplier statements and issuing payments accordingly

Calculating  trade discounts

Petty cash


Liaising with other staff members and managers to ensure all postings are properly authorised and posted on time.

This position is ideally suited to someone with some previous experience, however applicants who have just taken their A’ Level in Accounts and will be pursuing ACCA studies are also encourage to apply.  The position is being offered on a 30 hours per week basis and may eventually lead to permanent employment
