Admin Assistant

Required by a leading International Advisory firm based in Qormi.  Duties  will include looking after a department, answering incoming calls, liaising with clients, partners, managers, etc., arranging appointments, keeping tabs on the team members  movements,    filing, taking care of invoices,  and greeting  visitors, etc.,

This is a varied position well suited to a well presented person who enjoys administration and dealing with people

An  O’ Level standard of education, fluent English and previous admin experience are all essential
