Business Administrator


Our client forms part of a substantial group and is looking for a Business Administrator to work within a dynamic software development team that thrives on building great software and utilising the very latest technology  to achieve our goals.

The role involves all round business management however it is mainly focused on content creation and talent acquisition management. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with product team to launch and maintain the website
  • Working with product team to draft software manuals
  • Liaising with legal team in regards to contracts and client onboarding documents
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies on open positions
  • Coordinating with Head of software development with regards to talent acquisition
  • Coordinating with HR department with regards to onboarding of new employees and other HR matters
  • Working on Linkedin and other social platforms to source candidates directly
  • Overseeing client invoicing

Requirements

  • Passion for software development
  • Bachelor's Degree or a number of years of experience in a related role
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to multitask
  • Experience in recruitment will be considered an asset
  • Experience in content writing, drafting documents for public consumption will also be considered an asset
  • Candidate should have high attention to detail
