Our client is an importer &  distributor, of fast moving products, based in Marsa,   they require an person to join their Administration department.  Duties will include:

  • Dealing with the Sales Representative when they call at the office to hand in the payments they have received
  • Allocating the payments to clients accounts
  • Reconciling clients statements
  • Updating the records
  • Filing
  • Sorting out queries over the phone and by email
  • Preparing debtors report, etc.

The ideal person for this position will be systematic, organised able to handle people, numerate and have some office experience.  An O’ Level in Accounts or equivalent would be an asset.
