Billing Clerk

Our client is a well known international courier company.  They require an additional person to join their billing department.  Duties will include:

  • Liaising with the operations team so as to obtain the correct information to prepare the invoices
  • Dealing with and solving clients queries
  • Allocating payments received
  • Preparing statements and reconciling these with clients
  • Filing
  • Updating records, etc

The ideal person for this position will be  computer literate, numerate and able to cope is a busy environment.  Ideally they will be a team player who enjys dealing with clients and has a basic knowledge of accounts
