General Clerk

An importer of fashion wear and accessories based in the south of Malta requires an additional clerk to join the administration team.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with clients calling at the premises
  • Preparing invoice and allocating payments received
  • Preparing statements
  • Assisting with shipping such as preparing the customs entries
  • Filing, updating records, etc.,

The ideal person for this position will be educated to O’ Level standard, having some previous office experience.  They should be a  team player who enjoys variety in their work load and who is looking for a full time job.  Fluent Maltese  essential
