Front Office Clerk

Our client is a leading Shipping Agency working from offices based in Valletta.  They require a customer focused person to work at the Front Office Counter.  Duties will include:

  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Dealing with clients who come to the agency to pay for customs clearance
  • Preparing Notices of Arrival and Delivery Orders and informing clients of the arrival of their consignments
  • Assisting with the preparation of ships manifests
  • Assisting with the preparation of other shipping documents, etc

This is the ideal position for a person who enjoys working in a team and likes dealing with clients.  Applicants ideally should have some office experience, be educated to O’ Level standard, speak English and Maltese and have an eye for detail.  On the job training will be provided
