Front Office Administrator


Our client,  a Global player employing over 500 people in Malta providing professional services requires a Front Office Administrator to act as the first point of contact between the firm and it’s clients.  Duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming people to the building
  • Announcing visitors
  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Keeping tabs on who is in and who is out of the building
  • Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks

The ideal person for this position will be well presented, enthusiastic , have excellent communication skills and be able to work on their own initiative.  Additionally applicants should possess the following:

  • An O’ Level standard of education
  • Relevant administrative / front office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
