Front Office Clerk

Our client  is a dynamic business in the wellbeing industry.  They require a bright person to provide a warm welcome to visitors and clients to the facilities

Duties will include:

  • Answering the phones and making clinic and other appointments for clients
  • Confirming all appointments by email and phone
  • Issuing and renewing memberships to the gym and other facilities
  • Issuing invoices for treatments, handling cash, credit cards, etc.,
  • Giving new clients a clear picture of what facilities are available both over the phone and face to face
  • Providing the best customer experience to anyone coming to the premises including taking new visitors around, etc.

The ideal applicant:

  • Will have a nice but assertive personality with a warm smile
  • Will be organised by nature
  • Able to learn quickly
  • Be computer literate and able to basic administrative tasks
  • Will be a team player

Working hours are from 8.30 until 15.30 and from 15.00 until 8.30 Monday to Saturday on a shift basis
