French Call Centre Agents
Our client is a leading call centre based in the North of the Island, they require a number of customer focused fluent French speaking agents to assist customers.
After a training period of approximately a month the duties will include, taking incoming calls from customers, answering queries, making reservations, making changes to reservations, giving out time tables and information, etc.,
Working on a roster basis the call centre is open from 9am to 18.00 Monday to Friday and from 9.00 to 13.00 on Saturday and Sundays – Applicants must be able to work on a roster basis to cover these hours
Apart from being fluent in French and English, applicants must be IT literate, have previous experience at dealing with customers/ clients and be able to carry out some administrative tasks
Starting salary, including bonuses €16,000pa
