Corporate Services Administrator


Our client is an International provider of Corporate Services working form offices in Valletta.  They require an additional person to join the team to assist in the Administration of their various client companies.

Duties will include:

  • Providing assistance in the preparation of Board Meetings, Board Resolutions, and liaison with Clients, Directors and Officers, Legal Consultants, and relevant Authorities;
  • Assisting in the organisation of all documents and fillings with the relevant Authorities and other Service Providers of Clients and other Companies within the Group;
  • Assisting the Compliance Officers and MLROs of E2S;
  • Assisting in the opening of Bank Accounts and on boarding processes;
  • Providing first line customer support to Clients, such as taking phone calls and organising Meetings;
  • Preparing and submitting invoices and performing general administrative duties as per Office’s requirements;

The ideal Candidate will :

  • Be proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese;
  • Have excellent IT proficiency, particularly in MS Word and Excel;
  • Be able to work well in a team, as well as individually, with minimal supervision;
  • Be proactive, take initiative, work under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail;
  • Be prepared to multi-task between several tasks;
  • Be organised, self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills
