Our client a leading importer, distributor and retailer require an additional person as a Cash Office Clerk to form part of their Finance Team
The position will involve:
- Dealing with clients and sorting out queries
- Receiving payments and preparing receipts
- Preparing deposits for the bank
- Filing and updating the accounting records
- Doing monthly reconciliations
- General administrative and accounts duties
The ideal person will be computer literate, mathematically minded, able to handle deadlines, be good at handling customers queries and be a tram player used to handling a variety of tasks
