Cash Office Clerk


Our client a leading importer, distributor and retailer require an additional person  as a Cash Office Clerk  to form part of their Finance Team

The position will involve:

  • Dealing with clients and sorting out queries
  • Receiving payments and preparing receipts
  • Preparing deposits for the bank
  • Filing and updating the accounting records
  • Doing monthly reconciliations
  • General administrative and accounts duties

The ideal person will be computer literate, mathematically minded, able to handle deadlines, be good at handling  customers queries and be a tram player used to handling a variety of tasks
