HR Generalist


A leading retailer of Luxury goods employing between 80 to 100 people, requires an experience HR generalist to handle all HR issues.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting both full time and seasonal¬† employees
  • Issuing¬† and renewing contracts
  • Negotiating compensation packages
  • Doing appraisals along with the line Managers
  • Administering the HR function
  • Employee retention and relations
  • Putting into place and structuring HR policies

Reporting to the Managing Director and forming part of the Operation team this is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is capable of working on their own initiative and making decisions.  Part time may also be considered
