Admin Assistant
Our client is a well know importer and retailer of TV, Hi-Fi, Digital equipment and white goods. They require an organised person to join their young administration team. Duties will include:
- Preparing weekly reports using excel sheets which are presented to overseas principals
- Ordering goods from overseas, liaising with the shipping agents and scheduling the shipments
- Inputting the invoices to the system
- Filing, updating records and general office administration
- Dealing with clients over the phone, re availability of good ordered, etc.
The ideal person for this position will be detail oriented with a very good working knowledge of Excel. They must be a team player, have a caring and conscientious personality and enjoy multitasking
