Our client, a leading Law Firm based in Valletta, require an experienced Admin Assistant to assist the Partner responsible for Citizenship, Residency, work Permits, etc.,

This is an interesting position which will  involve opening files, chasing clients for a variety of documents,  doing AML and compliance checks and liaising with a variety of government departments.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, be systematic and precise by nature and looking for a varied position in which, after the correct training,  taking initiative will be key .
