Our client, a well known provider of services to the public, require a Receptionist.
Based at the Front office the main aim of the role is to be the link between the main office and visitors and outside callers.
Duties will include:
- Greeting visitors, announcing them to whoever they are visiting
- Handling queries face to face and over the phone
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Answering and handling any complaints in a courteous manner
- General admin related to Reception work
The ideal person will have:
- Positive attitude
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English & Maltese
- The ability to use Ms Office
In return the company is offering a starting salary of €12485.00 plus allowance of €1872.00 and a friendly working environment
