Temporary Receptionist


Required for an immediate start for approx 20 weeks to cover maternity leave.  Working in a young dynamic office based in Ta’Xbiex, the duties will include:

  • Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls
  • Greeting visitors to the premises and directing them to the right department
  • Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks on behalf of the Directors
  • Word processing of correspondence, answering emails and preparing documents using Excel

Applicant for this position should be available to start immediately and be willing to commit to at least 20 weeks of work.  They must possess excellent customer care skills, good computer skills and be organised and well mannered.  Excellent opportunity to gain experience within a professional environment
