Front Office Administrator
Our client. A well established Dental practice that services both local and international patients, requires a very organised and people orientated person for their front office. Duties will include:
- Dealing with clients faced to face and over the phone, making appointments and providing a welcome to the practice
- Dealing with overseas and local suppliers
- Checking and inputting invoices to the system
- Handling cash, credit card and transfer payments
- Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area
Applicants for this position will ideally speak English & Maltese the ability to communicate in Italian would also be an advantage. A nice smile and a warm personality together with good computer skills are also important.
