Head of HR / PA


Our client is a well known company based in Valletta employing approx. 50 people, they require a person who will form part of the management team and head the HR function, act as PA to the CEO and take care of the office administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking care of Recruitment campaigns, placing ads, short-listing applications, interviewing and selecting
  • Taking care of the current employees HR issues, such as appraisals, revues, staff retentions, disciplinary action, etc.,
  • Organising, attending , taking minutes of management  meetings and chasing to ensure the management team have taken action according to what has been decided
  • Looking after the CEO's personal bills, travel, diary, etc
  • Taking care of special projects, obtaining quotes for work, putting together proposals

This is a multidisciplinary role, which requires a very organised and proactive person.  It is ideally suited to a very experienced person who is capable of working on their own initiative, has a good understanding of HR matters and likes to  find solutions to a variety of difficult situations.  The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters is also essential
