A well known and growing IT solutions provider, requires and additional person to join their Administration Team.
This is a varied position which will involve dealing with clients over the phone and face to face to resolve any invoicing discrepancies, updating the sales records with payment received, chasing debtors, updating various databases and assisting with the HR function including recruitment and payroll
The ideal person for this position will be well versed in all office procedures. A team player who is systematic, organised and enjoys turning their hand to most tasks around the office would really suit this full time role.
Fluent English is essential Maltese would be more than useful
