Our client a leading retailer of Luxury goods requires an experienced PA/ Secretary to work for their CEO.  Based in Valletta the duties will include:

  • Efficiently supporting the CEO as required on administrative tasks
  • Dividing and maintaining office systems including data management & filing
  • Organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Managing the bookings and maintenance of the boutique apartments which are also  owned by the company
  • Acting as the key administrator  for corporate events
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Sitting in at Board meetings, taking minutes, compiling reports and following up

Applicants for this position must be capable and able to cope in a fast moving and ever changing  environment.  Fluent Maltese and English essential, Italian would also be an asset.

This is the perfect position for a person with some admin experience who is looking to grow and learn more about running a business
