HR Admin Assistant

An HR Administrator is required  to assist the HR Manager of a company employing over 100 people.  Based at their Head Office in Valletta the duties will include:

  • Assisting in placing job vacancy adverts and processing CV’s
  • Assisting with staff scheduling and rosters
  • Handling employees vacation leave requests
  • Organising replacements to cover sick leave
  • Updating all records
  • Assisting in maintaining and implementing company policies and procedures

Applicants for this position must be fluent in Maltese have good organisational skills, be computer literate and have previous administration experience.  Experience in HR would be considered an asset.
