Required by a small but growing providers of Corporate Services based in Ta’Xbiex
This is a very generic admin role in which the duties will be varied and cover all aspect of office admin including:
- Answering incoming calls, email and general enquiries
- Filing and updating records
- Looking after petty cash
- Chasing clients for documents and information
- Some very basic accounting tasks
The ideal person will be fluent in English and ideally speak Maltese and Italian have previous admin experience or at least taken a secretarial / administration skills course, be fully conversant with Microsoft Office application and be systematic and organised by nature
