A small niche law firm offering a wide range of Corporate services and specialising in Maritime Corporate Law focusing on registration of ships and ship Finance solutions requires an Administration Assistant for their office based in Valletta.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Answering and screening  incoming calls
  • Answering emails
  • Preparing a variety of documents relating to company and ship registration
  • Dealing with a number of governement departments
  • Running errands
  • Filing, updating records, scanning, etc
Educational and skill requirements

The following skills are all desired for this position

  • Fluent English
  • Have a good command of Mictosoft Office Applications
  • Previous office experience
  • Be organised and used to working to a system
