Billings Officer

A systematic, highly organised person is required for the Billing section of a Private Residential Clinic.  Duties will include:

  • Preparing bills for services and procedures obtained
  • Obtaining and allocating payments
  • Liaising with Insurance Companies to ensure policies cover the procedure
  • Chasing insurance companies for payments
  • Handling any queries, resolving problem arising from bills issued
  • General administrative tasks

Ideal applicant :

  • Will have some previous experience within a billings / Accounts environment
  • Will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to exercise proper courtesy & consideration when handling sensitive issues
  • Will be numerate, computer literate and fluent in English and Maltese
