A systematic, highly organised person is required for the Billing section of a Private Residential Clinic. Duties will include:
- Preparing bills for services and procedures obtained
- Obtaining and allocating payments
- Liaising with Insurance Companies to ensure policies cover the procedure
- Chasing insurance companies for payments
- Handling any queries, resolving problem arising from bills issued
- General administrative tasks
Ideal applicant :
- Will have some previous experience within a billings / Accounts environment
- Will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to exercise proper courtesy & consideration when handling sensitive issues
- Will be numerate, computer literate and fluent in English and Maltese
