Customer Care Representative

Required by a leading retailer / distributor of white goods

In this role you will be the first point of contact for all clients seeking after sales services, customer care,  product information, etc.

Duties :

  • Answer incoming calls, handle queries and complaints
  • Phone clients to let them know their good have arrived
  • Coordinate the deliveries with the Drivers and clients
  • Take charge of the Technicians timetable allocating work to them according to priorities, installations, repairs, etc
  • Place orders with overseas suppliers for spare part as required by technicians
  • Deal with clients with tact and diplomacy at all time


  • Good communication skills in English & Maltese
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organised and systematic
  • Enjoy dealing with people ad providing an excellent level of customer care service

Working hours are 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday
