Office Administrator / PA
Reporting to the Directors and forming part of the management team of a group of companies, your day will be varied as this is a multifaceted role requiring maturity, responsibility and initiative.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Researching products
- Updating the Webpage and taking care of social media
- Liaising with IT providers
- Organising events / travel/ hotel bookings, etc
- Attending manangement meetings and following up on progress
- Preparing reports, correspondence, etc
- General office administration
Educational and skill requirements
- Fluent English and preferably Maltese
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent organisation skills
