Reporting to the Directors and forming part of the management team of a group of companies, your day will be varied as this is a multifaceted role requiring maturity, responsibility and initiative.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Researching products
  • Updating the Webpage and taking care of social media
  • Liaising with IT providers
  • Organising events / travel/ hotel bookings, etc
  • Attending manangement meetings and following up on progress
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, etc
  • General office administration
Educational and skill requirements

 

  • Fluent English and preferably Maltese
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
