Required to work in the administration department within an educational establishment
Applicants for this positions must speak English & Maltese and be educated to level MQF 4 or have at least 5 O’levels including English & Maths at 1 years administration experience.
Duties will be varied and will include:
- Dealing with correspondence and enquiries relating to the function of the respective unit under the direction of the Head of Department
- Answering queries, addressing complaints and communicating decisions and policies adopted by the department;
- Providing support to the department and clients as required;
- Coordinating & scheduling of appointment for both online and face-to-face meetings;
- Performing general clerical duties as requested by the Head of dept
It is important that applicants for this position have very good communications skills in English and Maltese, are organised and analytical and be fully conversant with Microsoft Office
This position is being offer on a 1 year contract – starting salary 19.5K pa
